Returns

If you wish to return an item you must contact us first for approval within 7 days of receipt of product. Returns will be immediately rejected otherwise.

Pre-owned Items

No returns will be offered on any pre-owned items, all items are sold as is. Please take the time to inspect pre-owned products prior to purchase. We take pride in protecting all 2nd hand items for shipment, but are not liable for any damages incurred during shipping.

Pre-order Items

In the event a pre-ordered item order cannot be fulfilled within 30 days of its latest official release date, or 30 days from when the order was submitted to us, whichever is later, and DMZ will contact you to either replace or refund the cost of the item.

Refund

It takes 7 days to process any refund request.
